Project Based Model: This model is appropriate for customers who are looking for one off work related with software design, programming, maintenance , customization, reverse engineering etc. SAN Architects and Project Managers will be communicating with the client to find out the requirements and provide an estimate along with the risk factors. Once the project kick starts, the project manager from SAN will be the contact person for the client and is responsible till the end of the project. Billing can be done as fixed price as well as time and material based. |
